Voxly is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect minimal data necessary for app functionality, including audio recordings that you choose to transform using our AI voice technology. All voice processing is done securely and we do not store your original recordings permanently.

Voice Data Processing

When you use Voxly to transform your voice, we use ElevenLabs' AI technology to process your audio recording. To facilitate this process:

  • Your audio recording is temporarily stored in Google Cloud Storage
  • The audio is processed by ElevenLabs' AI voice transformation service
  • Once processing is complete, the original recording is automatically deleted from our storage
  • Transformed audio clips are only stored if you explicitly choose to save them

We do not share your voice recordings with any third parties except for the necessary processing through ElevenLabs. All data transmission is encrypted and secure.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our voice transformation features:

  • ElevenLabs: For AI voice transformation processing
  • Google Cloud Storage: For temporary storage of audio files during processing

These services are contractually obligated to protect your data and only use it for the specific purpose of providing our voice transformation service.

Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our service quality and user experience. This data includes app performance metrics, feature usage patterns, and voice transformation preferences.

Microphone Access

Voxly requires microphone access to record your voice for transformation. This access is only used when you actively choose to record, and you can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.

Data Retention

Original voice recordings are automatically deleted from our servers after processing is complete. If you choose to save transformed audio clips, they will be stored until you delete them or your account is deactivated.
